Ridiculous pain

Just got into it after an accident about a month ago, recovered really well to tell u the truth cept for soem back pain....


Now i went through one full week of training, didnt really go insane didnt do as many sets but i still stuck to the normal or wat i could do after a month of doing nothing.

My strength in certain areas was there or better, but in other it sucked and wasnt wat it used to be which is normal..

But then came the back pain yesterday. Dont knwo where it came from or why but it feels like the ending fo the trap muscle down the back, right down the sides of my spinal cord, on the inner lats? if this helps..... Incredible soreness, and painn in some instances. Skipped squatting today for obvious reasons. But toomrow is chest day and i really want to get back in...


Another think drank creatine with orange juice now i read the back it said 1 heaping teaspoon from 4-6 times for the first week, since i dont have the time i did 3 in one shot and then three after, but after i drank my first mix, i almost fell like i drank a bottle of Jack or something it was horrible...


Info, insite ASAP would be soo heplful
 
I'd see a chiropractor immediately.

Also, creatine and orange juice shouldn't make you feel like you're drunk...I dunno what to say to that. At the most, excessive creatine might give you the shits, but that's about it.

Pinched nerve in the back maybe?
