i do shit like that too.. but i go in on off days.. 315 for 15 is impressive.. we wont count the 3/4 though.. close only counts in horseshoes and handgrenades..lol

well done my friend.. iv stayed away from the bench press thx to a shoulder injury.. its been all dumbells and cables.. which sucks on the dumbells cuz it only goes up to 140 at my gym

Most ive ever done is 465lbs. That was a few years ago.

I don't ever max though, cuz a max don't mean shit unless your a PLer. Stuff like this is more impressive to me. Like seeing Kennerly (sp?) do 405x20. whew

And 3J, i feel ya dude. I stayed away from flat bench for most of my early lifting days like a retard. Now I never leave it out. Made the most improvements in my chest development in the last few years with it.
