Day 4 - 4/27/2006

OK, so i dont know what happened, but today there were some big changes all around. I have been looking and feeling full as hell (astetically speaking) all day. Starting to get veins across the backs of my arms, horizontally across the tricep. Also the quad vascularity is staying daily now.

Diet:

First off, i was hungry as fuck all day. My plan is 535g carbs on these days, well, i will easily surpass 700g I think. Weird, but i went a bit hypo again this morning after my first shot. I think on these days i will make sure I add some simple carbs to each meal after I inject. but i am still hungry and I have two meals left.

All meals in plus a few snacks. Mainly protein bars. :D

Training:

Also felt strong as hell today, which is good. My back is pretty well-developed, but the added strength, especially for this day, was a great addition.

**this was the first time doing this. For those not familiar, DC incorparates a stretch and 5 sec negative into his calf work. Basically you blast on the positive, negative for 5 secs to full stretch, the 15 secs at full stretch. Madine and I both did these. I couldn't get past rep #6. I think she made it to 8 with 55lbs. Regardless, i gotta see if this works.

Overall, i am feeling great. Actually stepped on the scale today out of curiousity, and was about 241 (+3LBS), but that could be due to the increase in carbs/cals on the two days. Who knows? Again, the weight usually is a direct reflection of any water weight. but this method is supposed to keep that down. I would be fine with 5lbs if I stay this lean, but who knows. The synergy between Slin and Gh is supposed to be unreal, so we'll see what happens after 4 weeks of this. I may look like Erkel afterall!!
 
Day 5 - 4/28/2006

OFF, diet was normal, all meals in.

Day 6 - 4/29/2006

Diet:

Solid, all meals in, still getting hungry as fuck. All day eating which i guess is good as I still seem to be maintaining my lean look. (that sounded so gay)

Training:

Arms - won't write it down as it is quick and just an added day during the summer workout months.

Overall feeling great, energy is fine, hungry as hell like I said. Looking forward to next weeks numbers on the big lifts.

Day 7 - 4/30/2006

Day off. Sunday. My don't do shit but eat, sleep and fuck day. lol

I am beginning to think i may gain a little extra weight on this Slin experiment. I just can't get enough food down. I am always hungry.

As a matter of fact, i just ate a meal, and I think McD's Grilled Chix sandwiches are calling my name. :)

WTF??? I think I could still eat in another hour. Jesus!! This GH better keep me lean or I am ending this damn experiment. :D
 
gh blows me up for the first few months im on it. this is the 4th time i been on it and every time i put on 20lbs in just a couple months or so. course this is the longest i stayed on. started last june. i didnt shed any lbs til i changed up my vitamins :D

i dropped 38lbs since mid dec. 282 this morning. and im as strong or stronger now. havent changed my food one bit and am doing almost no cardio.

i actually started dieting a bit last month, and I was doing fine, but this is nuts with this eating. Oh well, as long as the GH keeps the fat down like it has been, maybe I will be a ripped 250lbs. hahaha

Honestly, i was on the GH for two months before I noticed any changes at all, and that was when I started doing all 4ius in the AM. Don't know if that has anything to do with it or not.
 
Day 8 - 5/1/2006:

Felt great today. Woke up full, hungry, and still lean. Vascularity is down justa tad, but still look and feel hard as hell. Hungrier each day I swear. Wasn't able to step on the scale cause the gym one was broken and I didn't want to use the one at home cause it is different. Doesn't matter anyway, I will wait until it is fixed.

Diet:

All meals in plus a power cookie (this great choco thing at the gym they sell, fixes my cravings and ain't that bad for me) thus far. Also, didn't go hypo at all today, so i think adding some fast carbs during the SLin inject meals has helped tremendously.

Training:

Felt stronger than last week even. Decided to go a bit heavy with some lower reps on squats today. If there is one thing great about Slin, its the strength gains.

Lean Outs (this is like a GnHR on your knees on the ground I guess, easiest way to describe it. They fucking hurt like hell.)

Let me say that I have a severe phobia about throwing up, always have, but tonight I almost puked (tasted a bit in my throat. YUCK!!). I was so fucking drained after this workout, i could barely walk to my car. BLAAHHHHHH!!!

Overall great day, strong, full, still lean, and tons of energy. Actually, haven't gotten that normal tired feeling i normally get after my once daily Slin injects that I used to do. Hmmmmm...

Honestly, when I am squatting heavy like this, whether for reps or weight, i usually get such a blast thru the whole leg, i will add one exercise, maybe two, max four sets for hammies. And no, i usually just stick with a few exercises for them. SLDLs, Lean-Outs, dumbell leg curls (just for a burn at the end if I am going lighter that day). Just depends on how I feel that day. This was a heavy ass day for me, so I knew I wouldn't have much in the way of any weighted hamstring movement. Hope that all makes sense.

As for squats, i have done 545lb once for 2 reps last year, with wraps. Not the prettiest, but down and up correctly. My legs have always grown well, and I think that doing heavy weight in this rep range and adding an extra set has helped alot lately. Next week for example I will probably try to do 3 sets with like 425 for 10 reps. Then the follwoing week maybe do this style again. Again, just all depends, i try to mix it up.

Hamstring curls w\ db's i have never tryed that. DO you just lie on a bench and hold the db w\ your feet?

yep. just lie face down on a bench with your knees off the edge (just like a lying leg curl). Have someone put the DB between your feet, and go to town. It takes a bit more control, but i like it cause it makes you go strict with lighter weight.

Again, i don't do this that often, mainly when i want to finish them off after a lighter day of training legs.
