Hey all, for 3 years I was in the gym consistently and at y peak reached around 200-205 8-10% body fat which was around the end of last year.
I tore my back around in November 2013 from of combination of work and then going to the gym not listening to my physio therapist.
Originally it was diagnosed as a left side QL strain . But has now "spread" into my glutes,Psoas muscle and hips. It has now been a year and I have got bbetter but not by much. I keep asking my doctor "is there anything else we can do " he just keeps suggesting more physio and painkillers.
I am at the end of my rope I need to be back in the gym, I eat unhealthy now I'm depressed and have been having times where it feels like its not worth living .
I have taken one cycle "anavar and test e" before in my life and It did pretty well .
The question I'm asking is can AAS help me in my recovery or even alternitaves , obviously my doctors and physios are not helping drastically and I need some advice so I can get back to my regular life
