I did a search in goggle under testeks steroid and the only thing it came up with was this link to a bodybuilding discussion board http://www.steelfactor.ru/forum/index.php?showtopic=4338&st=40&#entry126167 and the word testeks is in the bottom post.... it's probably test but obviously spelled different in what ever language they are speaking

Bwahaha, I already hate those words, they have popped up in the gym recently.....some chick actually asked me if I was on the "clear" last week....I couldn't help but laugh in her face
