Rookie question

Sorry for what may be very stupid questions, but I am very new to testosterone replacement therapy (TRT). I am 48 and on weekly injections of test cyp of 150mg. I just had my 4th injection, and I am definitely starting to feel better (though the last few days I have felt a bit down).
My question: Should I definitely be on Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) and possibly an AI?
My doctor has said nothing about that. I mainly only speak to very clueless personnel at the clinic. Thanks in advance for the help.

I would use Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) 2 keep ur balls from shrivelin up n def. Have an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) on hand in case u have any sides like bloating or gyno issues

If you add Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) you will most likely need an Aromatase inhibitor (AI). Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) is nice because your nuts maintain size and health.

Thanks for the quick answers and reassurance. I knew something was wrong. I only wish that I had known about Maximus before I found this clinic.
They are very inexpensive, but it is a pain to make the weekly trips to the clinic, and this kind of clinches it for me.
They gave a good price to sign up for a year, so it may be hard to sever the relationship.
I think I will discuss the Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) and Aromatase inhibitor (AI) with them, and if necessary (and possible) sever ties, and give my business to Maximus right away.

this is very common. most likely your levels have had time to build pretty high, and now its starting to aromatize. the high E is mostly likely the culprit of you feeling down, so an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) would most likely fix this issue for you.
