RUI Clen ok?

I have take and starting to see my muscle cramp up in arms and legs sometimes.
and when I am just walk or workout.

Is this normal ?
How to make it less?
You think the clen is not clen?
I never use so I do not know.

Yes it's normal. Supplement with taurine and that should help a bit, or just take less. What kind of dosages are you taking?
 
Yes rui clen is ok, i felt like dr jekyll and mr hide. I mean like when people say you talk to the voices inside your head, had that going on a lil. My brain was kinda on overdrive and couldnt sit still. different than any pre workout or energy drink. When u take it remember a little at a time so you know how it effects you.

Starting a three week cycle that will look something like this.
In addition to the Clen chart below, I will also be taking the following:
3x CLA 950mg + 2x Green Tea complex 850mg + 2x Omega 3 Fish Body Oil 1500mg DAILY
[EDIT] I will also be taking 3g of Taurine daily with approx. 2 gallons of water.

Day 1: 40mcg
Day 2: 40mcg
Day 3 :40mcg
Day 4: 60mcg
Day 5: 60mcg
Day 6: 60mcg
Day 7: 80mcg
Day 8: 80mcg
Day 9: 80mcg
Day 10: 100mcg
Day 11: 100mcg
Day 12: 100mcg
Day 13: 120mcg
Day 14: 120mcg
Day 15: 120mcg
Day 16: 140mcg
Day 17: 140mcg
Day 18: 140mcg
Day 19: 120mcg
Day 20: 100mcg
Day 21: 80mcg

Should I take some Benadryl at night to help with that third week and with sleep?

Flame it or praise it...... Any input will help me do this right.

No need to taper down. Most I've ran it for is 2 weeks, but you can probably still feel it working for 3 weeks. Benadryl is up to you - I would.
 
I had no problems with their clen....it works. i never had too many problems with sides, just a few shakes.

KETO will help you run the clen longer. Benadryl use for this is miss guided and doesnt work....
I would keep doses under 120 myself but thats just me.
I rec at end of wk2 start the keto and run till finished.
*also eat bananas it along with taurine will help with clen sides (trust me)

Sorry I missed this somehow.
RUI products are of good quality and their Clen is top notch I have been using them for years now.

also I rec you add taurine and bananas to your diet, it will help/fix any muscle cramps.

^This. If you're not a fan of bananas or are on a low glycemic diet, buy some potassium gluconate from the pharmacy, it's cheap and gets the job done. ;) I had to stop researching with their clen as it kept my rats up at night and switched to albuterol. It's a little easier to manage as it has a shorter half-life and allows you to taper up/down with how it makes you feel.
 
I will be running KETO and T3 with the clen, with a possibility of GHRP 6 for my rat. Anyone have a good idea of what dosages to run these at concurrently with the clen?
 
my rat just spent 2 weeks on the clen that was asked about............ rat dropped a good amount of weight ..... rat had muscle cramps. even with the taurine...... but rat was happy with results

For cramps, you need to use potassium as well as taurine.
 
RUI Clen is STRONG! Used some back in July/August and never needed to go above 100mcg. Only sides were minor shakes about 30-60min after dose and obviously sweating from increase in body temp, but overall RUI is a very solid company. A little more pricy then other companies, but absolutely the most professional packaging/sealing of their research chems imo. I won't order from anyone else.
