They're not legal if you are not a liscensed researcher.

As far as them being posted all over the board is concerned...I don't know...are steroids Illegal? Why are they posted all over the board?

well the steroids are slightly hidden and would like to stay that way. plus the countries they come from steroids could be legal there. RUI is not hidden and comes from the usa. they can do this because they STRESS that its RESEACH chems.
