I am one that will bash bad service. So I feel like I have to let everone know about good service I just received from RUI. They sent me a product that was missing half of it's product. I contacted them and they sent me a full bottle. And it's a very good product. I am very satisfied with it. Thank you RUI. Will continue to do bunsiness with you.

Totally agree with the OP. I've only had one issue with Rui over the last two years, and it was taken care of in less than two days. It should be no wonder why they've been around for so long!

How long did it take to get your products? They sent me a tracking number on the 7th, but nothing has arrived yet. I wrote and asked about it but instead of giving information about when to expect it, they told me the USPS just needs to update their tracking info. I guess they didn't understand that I wanted the package, not the tracking info.

Oh well, maybe it will show up soon.

Normally it's 2-3 days. Give it a week and if you don't get anything just email them I am sure they will figure it out for you.

Rui has been amazing. I rarely order from other companies in fear of under dosed or fakes. it's top qUality, real and great service when dealing with Rui.

Most just bitch when a service sucks, as I do as well. But no one ever thanks a company for great service. Which I always do no matter who it is. It's just right and fair. Trust me if RUI did me wrong I would of voiced it but they treated me well.
