For a cardio workout, would this be good?
Today I ran in the pool for about 25 min. I'd run across, then backpedal across, then swim across, then sidestep, then hop, etc...
And I did this for about 25 min.
The water is only about 4-5 feet deep but I stay ducked down so the water is up to my shoulders the whole time. I dont feel tired after this but walking for 25 min is cardio and then add the resistance of the water plus trying to run, it's gotta be doing something right? I like it a lot better too b/c I'm in the cool water and you don't sweat all over yourself.
