What do you guys think about running wile on aas?
Is it really dangerous or doen´t i matter? Ive heard that the hearth grow like the next muscle?

Cardio is actually very good for the heart.

CArdio is good when your cutting bro. But if your trying to bulk then I would stay away from it. the only cardio I do is in the bedroom when im bulking.

I think that running is great cardio. If you find your knees get sore, I would switch to another form of cardio. I try and do cardio at least once a week just to keep my heart healthy.

I only run if somthing I'm really afraid of is chasing me. It is great cardio if you enjoy it though.

running, lets see... nope, it's not on my bulking workout. the girl next door does it all the time though and she's really hot.

running is good, just keep it to a minimum if your bulking.
