Safe cycle, fear of gyno, honest answers

Hi all, i'm not exactly new to this site, or the use of drugs for muscular gains. I've tried to do research but always missing my particular question. I also get caught up in a lot of the jargon and abbreviations. Often answers are given with abbreviations and jargon and when i hunt out the meaning of the abbreviations they are answered with more.

Anyways i was hoping that i could get some solid answers from some solid people. heres my story.

I was 23 and used prohormones and put on a good 30 lbs of muscle. near the end of my second 4 week cycle i developed a bit of gyno. The oral prohormones came with a sort of post cycle therapy (pct) but it was simply a natural test booster from which i now know is not enough. others doing the same cycle had no gyno effects what so ever. Just me, anyways i was able to get the little bit i had removed and since then have been very uneasy about using. i recently watched the movie bigger stronger faster and it brought the idea of using back in my head. I mean its been about 1 year now since i used prohormones and since then have been stuck at my weight of 185. i am considering using real anabolic steroids now but am very cautious. The nightmare would be for the gyno to return.

I'm going to include all the info i can and ask this question. Is there a type of anabolic steroid that has a very low/no chance of gyno if done correctly, and if so what would be a great starting cycle with it including post cycle therapy (pct) and everything. i am not looking to put on a lot of muscle maybe 15-20 at the most over a period of time like up to 3 months. My concern is safety above anything. I see a lot of cycles and those are probably great for guys wanting to put on a lot of mass but i'm not looking for much i just want a little and want to be safe (NO GYNO) Some of you experienced guys know this stuff like the back of your hand and i would like you valued opinion.

So with that said here are my stats.
I am 24 soon to be 25, stopped growing long ago.
I am 6ft weigh 185 and have relatively low bf.
I have been working out for the better part of 3 years now and am plateaued like crazy. I work out about 4-5 days a week, eat 6 meals a day, lots of protein, creatine, healthy food overall.

Can i get some solid recommendations, and even some opinions about the whole fear of gyno returning. Is it a good possibility with my previous history? what would you do? i'm really looking for some honest answers because i don't want to go through the problems i had again. thanks so much
 
you need to use a aromatase inhibitor like letro while on cycle. also i wouldnt call 15-20lbs of muscle gain a small gain.

i have never been prone to gyno myself so ill step aside and let those with more experience chime in...

I am so gyno prone babies start randomely showing up at my door step while on cycle. I am using letro at .25 mg ED this cycle and have not felt a thing. Get some letro and your gyno fears will be over forever.
 
i don't get the reason you would like to take steroids.

you have to reach a good plateau fristly.

you have to gain around 15 solid pounds of muscle before to start cycle.

diet is the best thing to think about by now for you.

low BF before cycle is the main factor to reduce at maximal the risk of gyno. IMHO.
 
soooo many people miss this Kane...estro sides are not just gyno and water but a propensity to add fat to existing storage sites...varying degrees for each person..that s why so many folks say drop your fat till it s manageable...roid s can make fatties fatter..
 
Just so we are all on the same page here, It seems like you guys were reading someone else's post with some of the answers you've given me..
I am plateaued, i have been for about a year,
I have put on about 20lbs since i started working out,
And I am low bf probably in the single digits but need to measure for exactness,
 
Bro, if you have ANY concern what so ever just dont do it. What is more important, weight gain or gyno? I ran an anti estrogen from the beginning of my cycle and STILL got gyno and im relatively low in bf %. Im running 2.50mg of letro and 0.5ml+ of prami and STILL have it! To me, im really serious with this sport, id like to take it to the next step so gyno or no gyno im gonna juice now and im gonna juice in the future wheather ive gotta get surgery once twice or even three times.


All of what I said aside, I would say Test prop alone would be the most mild. It is said to give the least side effects while giving you the rapid gain in size and muscle as with any Testosterone. It was my first Test compound that I ever used.

You guys that have used letro, did you find it kept you from gaining fat? I mean, you have to have estrogen to make fat, so it stands to reason if you had no estro you would have no fat gain? Or am I mistaken here?
 
does anyone know if the risk of gyno is greater with prohormones or anabolic steroids? I would like to know if my situation was caused by what it was that i was taking or if it was just my body. I want to know if this could happen again.

I dont think Letro makes you loose fat, it just makes you LOOK like your loosing fat becuase it takes all of the water out of your body giving you a hard look.
 
You got to tweak your diet up your aerobics to lose fat...period..imo
..a propensity to gain fat will come with increased estro..sure..but to say lowering your estro will reduce your fat..I d say no..lower your tendency to promote fat yes..but I m not the guru here..
Water bloat and fat are apples and oranges..water will smooth you out and bloat you..fat is fkn fat..you need some estro to be physiologically balanced...nuke all your estro and you face a whole new gamet of problems..you can not change your over look w/o logging the hours in the gym and living the life for months...years.

Oh I absolutely agree. It's not like I'm eating like a slob or not doing cardio.

I probably do too much cardio. But I think my estrogen may be a little high right now. I can look at a piece of cake and gain weight :(

Anyway, I'm hoping letro will help keep me from getting excessively fat so that I can eat for muscle while I'm on cycle.

lol, I think our advice went through one ear and out the other Teutonic.... Bro, once again, Letro has NOTHING to do with fat loss. It will NOT help you loose fat. Exersize causes weight loss, diet causes weight loss, Testosterone can even promote weight loss. Letrozole will NOT.

Oh no no, I think I worded it wrong.

What I'm saying is I hope to block any excess fat that maybe the estrogen would have promoted by using letro. I don't have any disillusions that letro is going to make me lose weight.

I might be new, but I'm not That retarded. :D
