safe dose to be on for 6 months

if someone had arready done three cycles.
used test and eq at top dose of 400mg eq and 500mg test

what would be a good dose to run these for 6 months
or would one be better choice.
the hole point of this would be to make slow permanent gains.

and i know it wouldnt be a good idea to do this , but just
kicking some ideas around

I would do 400mg of EQ for 16 weeks, take 8 weeks off to restart your HPTA and bridge with slin. Then go to a 16 week cycle of test at 500mg a week.

During each cycle, I would take 500ius of Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) twice a week to make sure you dont get any T atrophy!

I would run both the test and EQ for a whole six months. Also using the Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) is not a bad idea either.
