Stats: Bench: 315x1 Squat: 405x1 Deadlift: 405x1
Currently doing a 5/3/1 program which I just started 2-24-14
Cycle: Ostarine – 25mg a day for 6-8 weeks STARTING TODAY
Coming off 11 week cycle 600-npp/cyp 40/60mg Dbol – hcg, arom, caber-which brought me to 220# from 205#. Was planning to cruise for 4-6 weeks but stumbled upon some Ostarine thanks to SarmSearch.com so I’m going to use it like a bridge to see if I can keep progressing under the bar and growing muscle. Just got my blood work done Here are the results.

Diet:
My current diet is for bulking at around 6000 calories a day. For the most part I’m consistent
with the actual meals but I may rotate them around cuz sometimes I need a little change.
530am gainer shake-8oz vit d milk,4oz of egg white,2 scoop of real gains,2tbls almond butter
700am 1cup oatmeal, 2tbls coconut mana,1/2 cup of blueberries 2tbls almond butter, apple and coffee
900am 10oz lean beef meatloaf, 1½ cup of jasmine rice, 4oz broccoli, and 2 servings of raw almonds
1100am (PWO meal) 8oz Steak, 10oz sweet potato,4oz green beans, 2 servings of raw almonds
100pm 8oz vit d milk,4oz of egg white,1 scoop syntha6,2tbls almond butter
300pm (PWO meal) 10oz chicken, 10oz white potato, 2 servings of raw almonds
430-630pm (Work out)Banana, 8oz of Orange Juice, 1 scoop of syntha 6
700pm 6oz Fish,1 ½ cup of Jasmine rice, 4oz of asparagus, 2 scoops of almond butter
8-10 Bed time Depending on time I eat my last meal and how late I stay up, I may have a bowl of cereal or another Gainer shake. Buts this is never as consistent as the rest of my day so I don’t count it.
