32Yo - 6ft - 15 % (is my guess) - 220#

Training:
2.5 year Journey from 170-220
Stats: Bench: 315x1 Squat: 405x1 Deadlift: 405x1
Currently doing a 5/3/1 program which I just started 2-24-14

Cycle: Ostarine – 25mg a day for 6-8 weeks STARTING TODAY

Coming off 11 week cycle 600-npp/cyp 40/60mg Dbol – hcg, arom, caber-which brought me to 220# from 205#. Was planning to cruise for 4-6 weeks but stumbled upon some Ostarine thanks to SarmSearch.com so I’m going to use it like a bridge to see if I can keep progressing under the bar and growing muscle. Just got my blood work done Here are the results.

Diet:
My current diet is for bulking at around 6000 calories a day. For the most part I’m consistent
with the actual meals but I may rotate them around cuz sometimes I need a little change.

530am gainer shake-8oz vit d milk,4oz of egg white,2 scoop of real gains,2tbls almond butter

700am 1cup oatmeal, 2tbls coconut mana,1/2 cup of blueberries 2tbls almond butter, apple and coffee

900am 10oz lean beef meatloaf, 1½ cup of jasmine rice, 4oz broccoli, and 2 servings of raw almonds

1100am (PWO meal) 8oz Steak, 10oz sweet potato,4oz green beans, 2 servings of raw almonds

100pm 8oz vit d milk,4oz of egg white,1 scoop syntha6,2tbls almond butter

300pm (PWO meal) 10oz chicken, 10oz white potato, 2 servings of raw almonds

430-630pm (Work out)Banana, 8oz of Orange Juice, 1 scoop of syntha 6

700pm 6oz Fish,1 ½ cup of Jasmine rice, 4oz of asparagus, 2 scoops of almond butter

8-10 Bed time Depending on time I eat my last meal and how late I stay up, I may have a bowl of cereal or another Gainer shake. Buts this is never as consistent as the rest of my day so I don’t count it.

K, now that we are up to speed on whats happening.
I just took 25ml at 8pm and i made one big mistake. NOT HAVING A CHASER. HORRIBLE TASTING.
But we don't buy this stuff for the flavor and if you cant man up and drink it your a pussy.
I'm not sure if this absorbs better with fats but just in case i made sure i had some almond butter with it.
I'm not sure the recommended dosing time,but ill look into it since im kinda diving into this headfirst seeing as its relatively safe. Most likely i will just do it every morning with my shake.

Overall it was a good leg day, I really think people should use 5/3/1 during pct or at some point in general.It can be laid out different ways for accessory work. I choose to go the bodybuilder route, but I still left the accessory squat in to take it up a knotch.

As stated above I took 25mg of Ostarine at 8pm
Diet was a little light yesterday as I could only stand to eat half of my fish meal. It smelled horrible (like a dead animal :/ made me want to puke) so I went home and threw away the rest of my talapia cook and uncooked and won't be buying that brand anymore. Most likely Ill just switch back to salmon.
Ill substitute chicken or lean beef for my meals the rest of the week.

This morning (6am) consisted of 25mg Osta, 25mg Aromasin, 500hcg.
Didn't really notice anything different as everything was the same as usual.

Well after some research I've come up with the conclusion that after my hcg blast, I'm going to do a (RUI)Torem only pct. Going to try the fancy taper 120/90/60/30 and feel it out. If my balls don't drop I may continue the 120 for another week then start taper.

Weighed 218.6 this morning
Took the usually
25mg Osta / 25mg Arom / 500hcg

Also if people are wondering why I'm calling a 500ed of hcg a blast.
Well I asked austinite for advice awhile ago when he was around and based on all my other issues with a previous cycle he had suggested I do 500/Ed (plus he believes anymore isnt need if I recall)
So based on that and the amount I have left, I figured it wouldn't hurt.
 
Of our products I'll be honest and admit Osta's taste took the longest for me to get used to lol

I'm on our triple stack now, and I always take Osta first to get it over with. The other two (GW and s4) I've taken so many times I've learned to like them.

Still to early to tell, but so far so good, did the usual 25mg osta and Arom along with my 500 shot of hcg. I just did a weigh in to see what kinda mass I'm taking into the gym with me. 222.4lbs is the verdict, hoping I can keep every ounce of it.

Well time to rest up over the weekend. Next week starts week 3 of 5/3/1 so ill be at my max weight for this meso cycle so I gotta push it to set the bar for next round.

Felt a little emotional watching tv so I think my estrogen maybe still a little high.
Tomorrow will be the last day of hcg Almost pct time.
 
Attempted training arms on lunch no motivation (treadmilling and stretching instead).
I'm feeling small, no well being, pretty sure depression is about to kick in.
With that said, I took 25mg Osta and 120mg torem this morning, I know I should wait a few days to let hcg clear but With a 5 day half life it won't hurt to start the ramp up. The hcg worked also my beans dropped and I'm now a half man. Since we all know real men have testosterone in their body.
I weighed 217 this morning also.
