Id keep an eye on it if I were you, I wouldnt be so much concerned with glucose levels just for the fact nothing you ingested would really cause any real insulin spike. That being said, if youre feeling like shit and getting shakes, thats not normal and you need to narrow down a cause
 
Week 3 of Osta starts now.
I was 217.8 this morning, my diet sat/sun was off, I still ate a lot, but cheated with things like bacon, pot bellys, 5guys, ice cream. But that's okay it's a bulk and I can still see abs.
25mg osta
I knocked down the torem to 90mg (week2)

Lifting wise this is a Deload week(4), ill still hit it, but ill stay in the 50-60% of my 1mr range with higher reps.

I'm sure you guys come here and expect me to say things about osta. But subjectively I find it hard to pin point little things so for me to say I'm full of energy, or I feel amazing woyld be misleading, because I don't need to take anything to have good and bad days. Ill let the numbers and data speak for it.
My weight has dropped very little 2-3lbs since my last pin 5weeks ago.
I'd say I'm alittle leaner since I see more abs.
My strength has maintained and I'd actually say by the new PR's that its increased. Week 7 of osta will be the real benchmark, since ill be pushing for all new PRs.

I think that the numbers speak for strong for the OSTA, if you strength has not dipped mush t speak of during PCT, that is amazing. looking forward to see what happens in week 7.

Not really. My blood pressure is high for sure, I'm debating taking something for it.
I really don't want to take my daily dose of cialis like I was, I'd rather save that for next cycle.
All and all I think I'm just depressed this week cause this program Got this whole "Deload week" stuck in my head and I'm milking it to the fullest. Lol
 
Either my scale is broke or I need to eat more food and get back to training hard next week.
Hopefully all of the above because my scale said 215 on the dot 2 days in a row. Granted I'm a lot leaner looking,based off my abs coming in more.

I'm going to deadlift and Over head press today to make up for yesterday. Nothing heavy just repping.
 
Thinking I'm going to tone down the diet to 5000 calories. Dropping out multiple scoops of protein from morning and Intra shake plus not having the bed time shake.

I rotate salmon steak and chicken around a lot. But I'm consistent with eating the meatloaf at 9. It's my favorite ATM so it's an easy tackle.

Besides that urge to start my next cycle overpowering my every thought.
Good, so far for a pct. Noticed my joints aching today, the oil build up is starting to reside alittle, still have a few scattered puss mountains building up.
