Nothing fancy just being productive on lunch rather than sitting around.
I'm sure you guys come here and expect me to say things about osta. But subjectively I find it hard to pin point little things so for me to say I'm full of energy, or I feel amazing woyld be misleading, because I don't need to take anything to have good and bad days. Ill let the numbers and data speak for it.
My weight has dropped very little 2-3lbs since my last pin 5weeks ago.
I'd say I'm alittle leaner since I see more abs.
My strength has maintained and I'd actually say by the new PR's that its increased. Week 7 of osta will be the real benchmark, since ill be pushing for all new PRs.
