scheduling help

how would you guys/gals schedule your day (training/diet wise) if you worked from 11pm-7am 6 days a week as i do. just wanting i general idea of what others would do so i can adjust mine.

i try to workout in the mornings but here lately i have been extremely tired when i get off......
 
when do you sleep? i would adjust it by that... lets say you go to sleep at 8AM, sleep 8 hourst till 4pm.... go to the gym at 5pm... that would work... you would have to eat at work of course... maybe eat at 10pm before work... then eat at 1AM, 4AM, have a shake before you go to sleep... have one when you wake up, and have one after your workout... and then maybe another small meal between your after workout shake and your 10pm meal... what do you think of that? i don't work weird hours, but this is what i came up with...
 
i normally try to sleep from 2:30pm to 10:30pm because i sleep better this time of day but here lately i cant seem to keep myself awake past 9am so i have been sleeping then til abo 3pm. i cna only get about 6 good hours of sleep during the day. also, when i sleep during the day i am normally in bed again by about 7pm. yea, working at night sucks balls.
