I feel like i getting smaller school is taking time away from my training so i have been working out at home when i train i train as hard as possible so all i can basically do at home is bis tris and a lil bit of chest my training has been too good and neither has my diet so since i dont have much time to eat i make myself a protein shake but even that is that okay? but i have gotten some what of a belly.... i dont know what to do should i continue to do what i can at home and add some push ups?

Sounds like a series of excuses to me. I cannot think of anything easier than being a student. Wait until you get a full time job, have a family, make a house payment. Find the time or give up its up to you but not having time to eat right, or train--I don't buy it.

Ditto. Bro, I'm a student too, and I PROMISE that I've got more time demands than you do. Get a gym membership, and work everything, not just bi's/tri's and "a little bit of chest." Only working those will translate into "a little bit of gains" if any at all.

If you've got a girlfriend that takes up all your time, dump'er. If you study way too damn much, fuck it off. If you've got an internet addiction, shut off the rest of your life and make time for training and surfing the web. If you're a introvert, don't bother to go out - you won't enjoy it anyway, plus that leaves more available time to fit in training or studying.

Oh shit. I just described myself. :(:(:(

Well, my point is, if it's important to you, you'll make time to do it. If it's not important, you won't. That's one of the truest statements I've ever been told, and it applies to everything in life, IMO, training included.

Lizard, very good point! Im also a student. Im in school all day and then go straight to work. From work I go straight to the gym at 9pm ED and train. All my meals I bring with me or purchase> Its all about dedication.

You do have to give the kid credit though for putting together the longest run-on sentence in the history of the English language.

Not necessarily I mean I've seen some pretty long runon sentences in my day in fact i think this one that i'm typing right now might actually be longer than his oh well probably not because i generally pay attention to my grammar so that i don't make myself look bad or have someone make fun of my runon sentences on an online steroid bulletin board training section hmmmm I wonder if this is longer than his runon yet?

yea man, i am a full time student, work full time, take care of my sisters, grocery shop, do laundry, sleep, eat, and still manage to get in the gym for a good amount of time, 7 days a week...

its all mental, and like spikey siad, if its not important to you, you wont make any gains or make the time for it. dont be one of those bi/tri guys either... doin the same shit everyday and never work ur legs... sheesh...
