The time has come for me to get back on the horse boys. After a 12 week cruise that included a hernia surgery its time to put some of the size back on that i lost. This log will be updated daily as best I can. I want to give a shout out to PSL and GOT as they helped me out with this cycle by choosing me as the winner of the picture contest, so hats off to them. I will be running PSL gear as well as a couple things from AML. Hats off to AML as well, i have been dealing with them for over a year, and nothing but good things to say about them and their products.

The cycle will be as follows:

Test E 500mg wk 1-16
EQ 600mg wk 1-16
Tren E 400mg wk 9-16 (i am going to use Tren A to kickstart this)
Proviron 50mg ED wk1-16

Arimidex @ .25 E3D (adjusting if necessary)

PCT=cruise

First pin was today!

I wont go into diet specifics as of right now due to the fact 3J has built my diet and out if respect for him i will not be posting diet. But, this bulk will be starting at 3500cals/day. I will post cheat days though :). Hats off to 3J as well for his help in all of this.

So........stats right now

6'3
212lbs (weight on an empty stomach upon wakening)
7%BF (based on 9 point skin fold test so take that how you want)

This is gonna get killed, as i am not please with my weight, but with all things considered, i am in a better place than i thought id be coming off a big cycle and going right into surgery.

Before and after pics will be posted when cycle is complete.

I have found over the last little while, that for my back i need to hit a lot of different excersises and different angles during a workout to actually work it. I used to never do enough and also not use many machines, which are actually extremely important for back development and maintain tension. So, not a super heavy workout but a fast pace, 30-45 sec rest between sets then out!!
 
You won't get too bloofy with 3J and a 3500cal bulk bro, the tren will keep you lean and mean while the test does it's thing.

Plus it's almost october and you know what that means for albertans temperature & clothing wise lol.
 
What we have set up is going to give me exactly what Im after......muscle, and nothing else. I do well of this set up as I have ran similar macros the past and I do well in terms of LMM gains, and due to my fast metabolism+Tren its gonna work out great.

Ive never been a fan of ballooning up then cutting, id rather gain less weight but all quality. Quality over quantity.

And YES, i figure the Tren will help out with the -40 temps comin up soon, HAH!!
 
we'll make sure you keep this bulk lean... having weekly measurements with our current check ins will make sure that doesn't happen.. ive got my eyes on the situation
 
Rest/growth day today and tomorrow, I trained 5 days back to back so I take 2 days off whenever I do that. I am going to stick to my 3 days on 1 off as best I can (Chest/Shoulders/....Legs....Back/Bis, not always in that order) but sometimes its tough to get in 3 in a row after 12hr shifts at work.

Back at it Sunday morning for Chest/Shoulders/Tris)

Note: This EP gear is smooth as butter, no PIP whatsoever.

Looking at your cycle and just trying to expand on my knowledge.... why are you running the Proviron? When you run provirion do you run a smaller dose of AI? And lastly, does Proviron do well with a test only cycle?

Ive ran Masteron my last two cycle so I am trying Proviron this time around because it has all the same characteristics (increased libido/sense of well being, hardening effects) as Masteron but it is slightly different and I always like to switch things up. It acts as a mild AI too, so depending on the person one COULD potentially lower an AI dose or even drop it. I would not advise that until you have a good handle on how your body works and reacts to it and aromatization. It also lowers SHBG, so you make better use of the Test you inject, so yes it would be an excellent addition to a test cycle. Even though its mild in terms if its anabolic/androgenic ratio (and on your liver) it would benefit you for sure as yo would use you Testosterone more efficiently.

Was a little tired today and fatigued quick due to working night shift but one of the sickest pumps ive had in a while. Felt like my skin was gonna rip, veins poppin out of the upper chest and everything, fuckin love that! I tend to train after my first meal of the day but today I had 4 meals in me plus a gallon of water so that was the main factor for sure, plus going from a carb cycle directly into a bulking diet. I suspect the Proviron might have started doing its thing as well as the way my muscle looked was quite different than normal, very full, and very hard, its only 3 days in on everything so who knows but this is gonna get good.

I know u like masteron , but IMO proviron is nothing like it.. Even with them having the same characteristics .. Anyways having extra boners is always great :)

Rest day today, was gonna do legs but didnt have the gas after working all night to get in. I had a good sleep today so Legs in the morning!
 
It sucks when work gets in the way of your progress dun it!

I look at it as a positive, the more i rest the more i grow. But ya, id like to train a bit more while I work but its hard when I out of the house for 15hrs, lol but I also have A LOT of time off to so I make up for it and use the time I work to grow. Over the last little bit Ive found that less is more.

Quick leg blast today with a little bit of biceps....

All movements had a 2 sec eccentric and concentric and a with a one second hold at contraction, except legs press, no hold, 2 second eccentric and a full force push, no more than 30 seconds rest between sets.

Standing plate loaded hamstring curl 60x12 80x12 100x12
DB SLDL 55lb DBs 3x12

Leg extensions 3x12 150lbs
Leg press 12 plates 3 sets superset with 3 sets seated calve raises 100lbs
Standing single leg calve raises w/ bodyweight superset with 2 sets single arm seated bicep curls 30lbs and a drop set moving down to 20lb DBs
Single arm machine curls 2x12 50lbs one double arms set w/ 50lbs immediately after last set for 25 reps.

I had 4 meals in and a gallon of water before I trained. The pumps was out of control painful, my legs were like noodles and shaking by the end of this. Not a lot of weight used here, nor in any of my training but by really focusing on feeling the muscle stretch and contract and getting a good squeeze i am able to make weight seem much heavier than it really is.
I am not in the gym to move weight, I am there to work the muscle group I am there to train.

End of week one tmrw so I will be checking body weight and will have that posted up.
