second deca and test e 12 week cycle

I m 60 kg
age 22
height 5.7
I m runnig my second cycle deca and test
my first cycle is test e only 10 week cycle
my cycle is

1-4 d bol
1-10deca 250mg
1-12 test 500mg
3-12 hcg 500iu week
nolwa 20mg each day thought cy cycles
and two week after my last pin
nolwa 40/20/20/20
may I right frends ??

132lbs??! Wtf weight were you before your 1st cycle that you had absolute ZERO business even trying.

You're gonna hurt yourself little guy. I advise working on gaining more natural muscle for a base. By the time you've done that, several years will have passed by and you will be ready and have provided a solid foundation to work with.

On cycle.. U need an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) to lower estrogen not nolvadex.
U will need caber 0.5 mg two times a week to control prolactin from deca.
Hcg from 1st week , 2 pins *250 .. Not week 3.
Pct nolvadex 40,20,20,20,20 and clomid 100,50,50,50

Man , you are still young and looks like ur diet is screwed up.

Without a muscle base, without a good experience in training and dieting , steroids will do nothing to u.

My primary advice to u is to abort cycle. But I'm sure u ll care more or less about my words

Rida's right man. You will make quick, cheap KEEPABLE gains doing it right and naturally. You are at the best point for bodybuilders, where good gains come quick fast and cheap. Get off the gear and work at it. You could gain 20kg naturally in a couple of years, heck less if you really go for it.

In easy words nolvadex won't lower ur estrogen if it elevates, aramidex will.
