No lumps under the nipples. I upped my Aromatase inhibitor (AI), but I'm feeling symptoms of estro crash, so I wanna back it down. No lumps=no worries, right?

Lol...if I said I was a 18-year old kid wanting to inject mast into my eyeballs I'd probably have 20 replies by now. Ask a legit question and I've got tumbleweeds blowing across my post.
Bump. I've definitely crashed my estro. No libido, every joint hurts... I'm backing way off the aromasin. Assuming I've got no lumps, do I need to worry about sensitive nipples? Would appreciate any guidance from those of you with experience with Gyno...

Lets clarify a few things here
Once you do have a lump you also have gyno at that point in time!
The itchy nipples are a warning sign that the lump is about to appear!! the same goes for sore/ sensitive nipples!
Do not ignore these things, at the same time it is not a given that you should use an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) for this purpose.
To put it simply something as simple as clomid on cycle will keep away test induced gyno! and for the 19 nors vitamins b-6 at dosages of 300mg/day will also handle any gyno forming from the 19 nors!
Once you do have a lump you also have gyno at that point in time!

It would help to know your cycle and stats... esp. BF. Many things can influence gyno... Bf, water retention, prolactin....???
But simply, sensitive, but not painful, nipples have been part of every cycle for me.
I like sensitive nipples!
Experiment with your A.I. dose.... I find .5 anastrozole eod to be just right, when I'm in full cycle.
Also when taking Tren or Deca... You need prami or caber to reduce prolactin based gyno.

i dont run an Aromatase inhibitor (AI), but have nolv on hand if i get those types of warning signs
then i would take 10mg of nolv daily till things cleared up
happened to me the other day, sensitive nips and cleared up in a few days

Everyone is different, I haven't needed an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) on my test cycle. No sensitivity, itchiness, puffiness etc. But at least you know your stuff is legit if you are getting those signs of gyno. Also, if you are checking your nipples a bunch throughout the day you may be causing them to be tender from that and it isn't gyno. I nicked my nipple shaving not long ago, didn't notice it in the shower or that night, I woke up the next morning and brushed my hand against my nipple and my stomach dropped because I thought it was gyno cause it hurt haha. Don't freak yourself out! You will just make it worse.

might sound stupid, but on cycle I find I'm obviously paranoid about Gyno, but it always follows my cardio days, which in turn is probably just a little chaffing or irritation. took me awhile to clue in, but it was the pattern, and knock on wood, never turned into Gyno....just a thought.

I'm the exact same bro. Only ever take adex on a "bigger cycle"
Nolva on hand during cycle and I usually start it at 40mg and taper down when symptoms come

sensitive no worries but have Aromatase inhibitor (AI) on hand and dont jump up or down on doses too much slowly raise or drop as needed.
also TRY not to play with them. stimulating them with pressure might not be good idea.

My nips have always been kinda puffy and sensitive since I hit puberty... They earned the nick name of "nuggs" in college. So I've had 2 of the symptoms and never once a lump. It's actually surprising I never got gyno in my first few cycles back then knowing what I do now. Only had itchy nipps a couple times and it was never persistent so easily coulda been the shirt or detergent or something basic... Never recurring.
