Serious problem please help!!

There was a little pain on the inside of my bicep but the swelling hasn't moved no red lines I'm going to outline it with a sharpie to be sure

i'm not going to ask why you are pinning your biceps. i tend to get worse PIP in smaller muscle groups. i quit pinning prop in my delts for this reason. stay away from the insides of your arms and legs, you have major arteries on the inner sides where they are naturally more protected from trauma.

I'm sorry, I forgot to take my Aromatase inhibitor (AI) today, lol. But thanks for an actual answer this time i'll give that a try. I think I'll tell my parents spider bite then tell my doc that I don't want them to know about the b12 and she won't be able to tell them

go to the doctor, tell him it was b12, if not you could end up in a body sling ass up in the air while they drain a large abscess. I have been there, and it ain't pretty. especially if there are any hot nurses around, also people might think you got ass raped when they see you hung up there....

Seriously grow the fuck up, I've got a serious problem here and all you can do is attack me like I'm a fucking serial killer and your mother Teresa but guess what chances are if your on here your using or have used to which makes it just as illegal as me using. I weighed the the pros and cons now let me learn my lesson on my own you know it all piece of shit. Oh and thank you diced for not being a dick like these others.

Just go to the doc & tell him exactly what happened. He might give you a lecture but you'll be ok.

Also there aren't any "variables" that could be going on, either you got an infection or not, if you did antibiotics should clear it up so you don't need to tell them what you were injecting, you could say anything (ie: vitamin b12), it won't make any difference.

Cellulitis & OR Abscess. Two DIFFERENT things that could happen due to infection.

No big deal - it happens from time to time. If it gets worse (pain or/and infection), definitely head to the doctor.

Prop can give you the pain and swelling your describing. How much did you pin? I once had prop do the same thing to me. I went to the doc and told him I backed into something sharp on a jobsite. He tried to drain it and got nothing. Put me on meds and went away about 2 days later. You probably pinned to much in one spot.
