Hey 49er, what kind of fat loss proggy u on bro, unless.u got an extremly low metabolism I would honestly hate to see your fat loss program and diet, honestly with that fat u are currently holding how much lbm do u honestly think u are putting on, looks to me the testosterone is turning into estrogen lol
U would look alot bigger if u cut and got down to a good bodyfat percentage, it honestly doesn't look like u are 275lbs, u have zero separation going on, not grainy one bit for the amount of time u been blasting tren u think u would be leaner, it's called being lazy towards your dieting approach, u can only bulk so long till u get fatter and fatter, and obviously not great running tren with the bodyfat u carry around, it's no wonder why at times your BP is through the roof

Im confused is this about diets on natural guys on enhanced? I forgot what the point of this is so are we saying these studies or diets whatever is the way to build muscle? Or is it to get lean? Im lost all i know is i built alot of muscle on what everyone of you would probably call crap.... now i know i have a missing piece of the puzzle its obvious i have to eat clean now to cut.

With aas tren especially amazing things are possible with the shittiest genetics and i think so many down play hormones and give all credit to "diet" when the fact is without hormones there is nothing impressive about a truely natty person. ... only reason im interested in keto is it seems easier to eat that way im the most skeptical person here but im gonna try something new. But as far as bodybuilding i have no clue what all those smart guys HW posted have to do with it

If you like keto you should try carb cycling. I think you'd be impressed. I'm doing a lazy man low fat right now, but the best results I've ever gotten is when I carb cycled and incorporated protien cycling into it. You get leaner and can add mass at the same time. It's just so exhausting planning your diet day by day and adjusting it. I'm naturally in the middle of chunky and lean so i just alway do a cycle as if most were cutting and it fits perfectly with me as recomp bulk and lean out. Lol

damn I hate cardio.......so so much... :(
 
U give me shit all the time for mentioning 3j for.my.dieting approach, u say I.am sucking up to 3j as well, we'll I remember last year all the times u said.my diet suck ed "goto 3j", and some others as well, maybe u should give him.a shot and change your physique around as well

Fuck there dudes in the gym that are at 180lbs at 7 to 8 percent bodyfat that look like there 200 plus pounds and big, sorry to break it to u but the lower in bodyfat u get the bigger u are going to look, it's all about illusion in bb, known is going to take a tape measure and start measuring your arms bro

I've seen some really obese people join this forum and over a period of a year or 2 completely reform. Personally I'm not here to discourage people who may not be at peak appearance. I'm fat right now I'm in the middle of a log doing my summer cut. All I've recieved is encouragement and i appreciate that. My profile pic is 2 years old each year I cut I look bigger and better. In 8 weeks I'll look great, I wouldn't assume I know nothing now but 8 weeks from now I'll be extremely educated with knowledge I just obtained.

I mean I see your point of view, and if I was at a local gym it's the approach I'd take, look for the guy in the best shape.But online here we have guys with years of experience, Megatron pic of the coach is a perfect example.
