I had that condition and had it removed surgically when I was like 8. Vericosile is the medical term...If it developed before full endocrine development (which it almost always does) it will cause the testicle that it is surrounding to not grow to its full size. That is the cause of one of your balls being larger than the other. It's to late to remedy this effect since you've already finished devoloping, but you can help your sperm count by removing them thus reducing heat like mentioned above.

Rookie, i have the exact same thing. The larger one has the veins. It has a dull ache every now n then. When i went throuhg peuberty it hurt bad all the time, and i got it checked 3-4 times. They always said..."its just a sign ur going through peuberty"...well, it was there b4, during, and after peuberty, so idk now, fuckin docs.

My brother had that. The big one was actually big because it was swollen. Something about it being wrapped up or something. Long story short, my bro had to have surgery and have most of the veins and tubes around it cut and cauterized.
