Alrite guys, what do you think of this as a short first cycle? Not wanting to put on too much bulk, but do want to promote muscle growth with my current training regime. I do martial arts/boxing so my my aim would be to put on some mass (not huge amounts) but also stay quite lean and quick. Thanks

Would I also need some Nolvadex or would this be sufficient? Thanks.
