Short (short ester) cycle v.s. long (long ester) cycle

I hear a lot of good feedback on running say 4-6week cycles with short esters. i.e. test prop, tren ace, or nnp. What do you guys think? Do you recover quicker from a short cycle... or is it the same once you're shut down, you're shut down.

Once your shut down ..your down. Now, if you want to run short esters and for shorter durations ...in theory..the other adverse affects would/could be less detrimental....and the gain s made would be as well...you see ?.

like teutonic said, short cycles equal minimal gains. Your gains get destroyed by homeostasis. Longer cycles with long esters work far better towards maintaining gains.

i was just about to post a thread on exactly this. ive read on another site how to get the most out of short ester it goes like this u do 6 weeks on and you take two weeks off aas during these two weeks you drop you protein intake to half and do no more than 6 sets on any bodypart this phase is called a deload phase during this deload phase he said its suppose to clear your receptors then after your deload phase you get back on for another 6 weeks take a break while still on aas your last two weeks some thing about muscles healing fully from the crazy workouts you put on them i did this natural i had a hard shoulder workout and took 2 weeks off and all of a sudden my mom says i look wider :l . anyway after your 2 week break you post cycle therapy (pct). his plan was oringinally for bb and his clients who would follow this back to back all year but he explained for the average joe this would be basically a short estered 12 wk cycle. his clients showed better gains than they ever did on a long estered cycle. And had little to no sides. i wish i could find what forum it was on the guy was fckin HUGE
