Short term, cosmetic/aesthetic enhancements?

I'm about two weeks away from an awesome weekend of debauchery that is sure to involve a lot of chances for hooking up. Shirt will be off all weekend and I want to look my best. Obviously, long range training and diet help the most in this. But, what can I do I over these next two weeks to set myself up to look as good as possible for this adventure? I'm talking about changes to carb consumption (when to ramp up and when to cut way down) workouts and any supplementation. Being as hard and full muscle wise is the goal. I am starting week 4 of test E (400-500mg) and Mast E (400mg). I want to avoid water retention/softness but also want sex drive high so I'm leery about using Adex now as it killed my drive last time I used it. Thanks for tips!

I upped carbs and fat a good bit Monday by throwing in a weight gaining shake. So my numbers have changed from what you see above. I'm debating whether to keep doing this, though.

However, 1) long term goal is to be cut/hard over big and, most importantly, this thread is about looking my best in two weeks time. So, while I'm sure you're going to say I need to eat more, keep in mind I don't want to end up softer/bigger in two weeks. I can deal with some of that after that weekend is over. So, I'm just looking for short-term, aesthetic enhancements at the moment. Thanks again!

go keto 10 days out

up cardio

up sodium intake 10 days out to 4000mg..

cut sodium in half 4 days out
cut sodium cut it to 3000 3 days out
cut to 2000 2 days out
cut to 1000 last day before

eat 30g carbs twice the last day before

the day you leave have 50g protien, 90g carb, 20g fat 2000mg mg sodium meal...

that should fill you up and let you be as lean as possible

Reading those numbers for last meal the day b4 he leaves, thinking of some ideas that would make up those macros, just out of curiosity what would you suggest?
 
Orbit Nutrition, one of our board sponsors carry a product called Atomic Meltdown. Its essentially a tan accelerator/transdermal fat burner (which I normally beleive are useless) that gets activated by UV exposure. Ive used it myself more as a tan accelerator but was pleasantly surprised by the effect it had on my definition. I can honestly say that visually I dropped down 1% bf most likely due to it drawing out water from under my skin. You will go back to looking like your normal self after the weekend but in the meantime it will get you a little closer to that temporary look youre after. Also this stuff wont do anything if you dont at least have a blurry six pack, if youre above 12% i wouldnt waste the money
