OP your not going to get anywhere on clomid. You are too heavily concentrated on numbers. This is not the first time someone someone has tried Clomid for testosterone replacement therapy (TRT), and sadly the results usually end up the same. T levels somewhere around 600 ng/dl and no libido whatsoever. This is why it is important to rectify symptoms first and blood test second. Sounds like your uro went on google to find your program.

If you were going to seriously try to go the natural route, you needed a much more aggressive HPTA Normalization program than the one you did.

Do you even know if your primary or secondary and how did you figure that out?

With those LH/FSH numbers, you may be able to use hCG and restart your system. You're not completely shut down based on those results.

But I concur with you the libido is too low. I have a hot wife and the feeling time is passing me by. I didn't get laid enough in my 20's and I don't want to let my 30s go by without getting lots and lots.

Thats why I am confused as to why he would put you on clomid. If your primary clomid wouldn't do anything.

Primary means the testes are incapable of responding to FSH/LH and clomid stimulates LH/FSH.

You need a urinalysis to determine or do an Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) stimulation test.

Under the supervision of a/your doctor of course

The doc asked me where I got my clomid. I think he was fishing to see if I bought them from somewhere, well, less than reputable. But I got them from [Mega Chain Pharmacy]. He actually implied that some of the generics the big pharmacies are selling are less than reputable. Then he decided that due to my medical history (got a lot of my bowels chopped out over the years...long story) I might not be absorbing the meds. So now I have to crush the pills before taking them for better absorbtion, and I'm up to 50mg of Clomid 3x week. We shall see.

Sounds like he's shotgunning your treatment, which would worry me personally. You definitely are FAR more patient than I am - we're the same age and after I found out I was primary, it was testosterone shots all the way! But then again, I am done with children.
