Should I cycle Test & Deca with limited lifting experience?

OK im getting ready to run my first cycle so hear are my stats

29 y/o
5 9'
185
lifting seriously for about 9 months 4 day routine

my cycle stats

Wk 1-10 test E 500mg a week
Wk 1-9 Deca 300mg a week
Wk 12-16 nolvadex 20mg a day
thinking of taking amino pills also during the cycle along with whey protein of course

any advice i need before i start or changes i might need to make
 
Dont know if Id say I m an expert but I have alot of background.

Looks like a solid cycle. You may want to have some hcg on hand if nuts shrink up or libido goes south.

Nice first cycle IMO.......

Most important, whats your diet like. I would switch nolva for clomed . nolvas good for keepig sides in check, if your prone and i find works best when used through out your cycle.Clomed will help kick start your HPTA.
 
I would switch out the nolvadex for a mild dose of either Aromasin or Arimidex. I would use the Nolv post cycle. I would also take HCG at 250iu twice per week during the cycle.

It's fine.

I'd drop the deca and just go with 500 of test + dbol for the first 4 weeks.

who made that rule?!?! after lifting for nine months this guy more than likely, barely knows proper form and I dread to see what his diet looks like. anabolics are used to help the advanced continue advancing...this guy is clearly not advanced. lift natty for a bit and learn about eating to grow. in a couple years when that doesn't do much anymore, start researching steroids.

Make sure you research Nolv with DECA bro... Most people say its a NO NO

Just do Test without any deca for first cycle and the Nolv will be ok. Save the Deca for another time.
 
by the way my nutrition is top notch i dont know anyone who has as strict a diet plan as my so that is not an issue what so ever and if i save the deca for next cycle what should i stack with it. also do i need to take the nolva with the cycle or just wait on the nolva for pct

You don't have to stack for your first! Just do the Test and see how your body reacts. I would say Nolv for post cycle therapy (pct) but have heard some people say you can take during if you have side effects, ie itchy nipples, etc

My man -- Stone gave you the best advice possible. Instead of pouting, use the members of this forum to gain knowledge for the day when you may be ready and prepared for your first cycle.

Here's a little something to consider if you can open up your mind for a half second;

Anabolics have poor effect, or transitory effect, on athletes in mediocre condition; in addition, their tendency to boost muscle strength ahead of the strength of supporting tendons and ligaments can lead to debilitating injury in athletes without substantial prior training. Therefore, the athlete should have accumulated a significant amount of mature muscle mass and tendon strength through a dedicated program of resistance training prior to beginning anabolic use. Recognizing that there is substantial individual variability in training efficiency and effects, a minimum of 3 years, perhaps as many as 7, of dedicated weight training is required to achieve this necessary physical foundation, on which anabolics can be used safely and to best effect.

I lurked around a few other forums and here has some of the most knowledgeable guys around, giving good advice consistently.
First cycle just Test
you dont need the deca your body is going to respond positivity,making good gains.That is if your diet and training are spot on.

I agree. Since you're so new to training, w/ proper diet and intense training you should be getting great results.
