Should I just stop using AAS alltogether?

Last september I had a grade 2 subscapularis injury in my shoulder (at the end of my 12 week test/deca cycle) from doing lat pulldowns with way too much weight (I have injured the shoulder before and should have known better). I took it easy for 8 weeks it it healed up nicely, exept the nerve in the shoulder sometimes gets compressed. Then as soon as that healed, I injured my elbow in an arm wrestle, grade 3 ucl tear. I havent done an upper body workout in 3 months. I have a nice set of wheels though lol.

Ive been cruising on 200mg test since the end of my last cycle, as I dont see the point of coming off AAS completely just to lose gains.

I was thinking of going natty again due to injuries but I took a year off steroids and did a bunch of rehab exersizes and it did not help at all.

What do?

It might be reasonable to stay with a low dose, unless your already super young (25-ish). I'm old (TRT 200mg/week), but my muscles heal as quick as when I was 25-30 now.
