Should I take NAC at the same time I take my oral?

Taking 40mg TBOL in the AM and 1000mg NAC at lunch... does timing matter?

I doubt it matters. Just try to take it the same time everyday. Pick a time that is convenient and easy to remember.

I take mine 3 times a day. I know it's a bit of an over kill especially when I'm not running a harsh oral but I'd rather be safe then sorry.

Take Tbol before in morning or before WO. take NAC split mid day and night. TUDCA is better

Lots of guys use TUDCA if liver problems arise. And NAC to prevent liver problems.
