Hey guys, just wanted to get some help with designing a Shoulder routine.
Current Routine-
Machine Press 3 sets
Rear delts - 4 sets
Side lat standing - 3 sets
DB side lats single arm - 2 sets
Uprights - 4 sets
Is this to much? is it any good, lol. Any advice would be appreciated
P.S thanks for all the help with the other posts ive put up.
