Shredded Labs Alpha 1 good/bunk?

been reading on it and been seeing that it was tested and to be nothing more than dhea & gelatin powder & that its all bunk garbage
is this true or is it rumors

the exp date on mine is 10-2016

if u have an exp date , that means u have some, which i would suggest u did things backwards, and obtained x before researching x .. lesson learned huh...? lmao gelatin, put it in the fridge and see if it turns to jello or pudding,. my only sugg with the point ur at now. worste come to worse u can eat it. j/k unless u really wanted to. just my opin
