shrugs with bands?

every since using my bands... bodylastics.com i feel sore, but its not that 'weight room soreness' (which i like) this is my first time ever using bands, so im sure when i get the techniques of isolation down, it will be better...anyway, tonight im doing shoulders, and i was wondering if anybody could suggest a good 'shrug' workout with bands
 
Do your workouts with bands just like you do with weights.

I add the bands to my weights to really get things firing. Of course, this requires me to lower the weight used (dramatically).

I did db bench the other night for the first time with bands. I cut my weight almost in half and only used a no. 2 band....it killed the rest of my workout. I had sore places I had long since forgotten about.
 
i use my bands with no weights..i use my bands for my whole workout...its the onlything i can do...i lwork 2 weeks at a time in the middle of nowhere, theres no gym around..so its the best thing..

i dont get the weight lifting soreness...i get a spot sore like you were saying..it makes me think that im working out wrong
