sick of being called skinny

Hey bros so ive been lifting for 4-5 years now and up untill about 6 months ago people would consider me "big" then i decided to get a dietcian and cut down and get shredded which i did succesfully now i have people telling me im skinny . when i take my shirt off i look the same but more defined this anoys the shit out of me . does any1 else experience this when thier leaning out or is my muscle density just S***
 
i might add i really dont wanna get on a bike but sometimes i feel as if its the only way to get the look i want . i fall into the category of ur either big with high bf% or lean as shit with no muscle density fml

Post up more information man, age? Whats your workout routine including how often you are lifting, what you're lifting sets/reps. Also post up your diet when you were gaining weight and after you spoke to this dietician. It doesnt sound like they counted for your muscle gains, rather weight loss. It sounds like your having issues keeping gained lean muscle mass? Bulk up with water weight/fat then lose it all when cutting down due to improper diet and/or workout routines?>

Regardless, post up all your details if you want some advice.
 
You have a nice bod but you are "too skinny"...yeah I've been called that a lot. My family ribs me about it all the time for not having enough fat on me...uhhh I don't want fat on me...at least not a lot.
 
ok i eat like this well my dietcian had me eating like high carb,lo carb,no carb cycle as it suggests one day would b high followed by a lo then no carb day . each day i was gettin 300g of protein my fats were low on the high day and high on the lo and no carb days. f*** it im just gunna ride into the sunset . u cant b natty and have an incredible physique
 
Next time one of these idiots tells you that you are skinny....Tell them to take their shirt off and stand next to you in the mirror. This should shut their mouths fast.

Bottom line is....you can obtain mass slowly by training over a long period of time...and putting on 5lbs of muscle a year (some can do more....but if you r ectomorph....thats about average).

Many people would love to be lean....but don't have the disciple or the genes. Be happy that you are an ectomorph.
 
thats the thing im not ecto . i have a short torse/long limbs wide shoulders im a strange creature . haha but yeah with clothes on i look tiny wityh them off im shredded

Haha, if you're having no problems keeping the mass you build after cutting, then i second what georgia said. Cutting down can give the appearance of being bigger when your shirts off, but when its on, people notice a different in your face... from 'bulked' to 'cut'... just keep building and keeping your gains - your coming out the winner! Summmmmmer is what its all about
 
yeah people comment all the time oh uve lost wait blah blah n a agree my face is alot slimmer so is my legs/bum but bottom line is im shredded as shit when the shirt comes off.
 
How is your posture?

How you stand can very much affect the "look". When I was weighing in at 145 and solid shredded muscle every one told me I looked 180 when I flexed my back. I used alot of posture to my advantage and learned what worked great with me then.

Seems dumb and may not work for you lol.
 
my posture is ok my shoulder roll slightly im trying to correct this . f*** it ill get thier some how im only just learning how to not give a shit about people or thier comments coz thier just haters anyway.
