im bout to start a cycle of test enath. 400mg weeks 1-10 for my first cycle im 6'1" 210lbs with 15% how much cardio should i do a week if i wanna keep as much fat off as possible without hindering my gains, also my buddy who has done 3 cycles already has always had his face beat red when ever hes on test or sustenon 250, why is this? how could i prevent the redness in the face?
Those two questions really depend on the individual. I would say 30-40 minutes of cardio a week shouldn't result in much, if any, muscle loss. How much you do depends on your calorie intake and how fast you gain fat though. Not sure why some get the red face but it doesn't happen to everyone. I don't think there's much you could do about it if it happens to you except lower the dosage.
20-30 minutes of low intensity cardio, 3 times a week should help minimize fat deposits, plus it's great for the heart.
