1.) Go to - Maximus HRT and submit our Medical History Questionnaire online. You will immediately receive a return email notifying you that we have received your submission, notifying you that you need to order blood work from our site, that will allow you to have labs done at any LABCORP nearest you, and that you need to print the Intake Physical Exam Form and have it completed by a medical doctor of your choice. If you have blood work and a physical that has been completed within the last 12 months, that documentation will be sufficient.

2.) Included in the return email, will be examples of protocols that can pertain to patients needs ranging from conservative to aggressive. These examples are included in the email to give prospective clients ideas of how different protocols may fit into their finances. THEY ARE NOT PROTOCOLS THAT ARE YET APPROVED BY OUR DOCTORS. Based on my review of a clients blood work and current level of physical fitness, among other factors, I discuss/consult with each client. We come to an understanding of what each individuals goals are and I submit my recommendations for a protocol to our physicians for approval. Once our physicians approve a protocol, the prescriptions are then sent to a pharmacy within our network and the medications for therapy are dispensed.

3.) YOU NOW USE YOUR COCKSIMUS MAXIMUS AND ITS NEVER BEFORE RECOGNIZED ABILITIES TO REAK HAVOC ON AND IMPLORE MASS CARNAGE ON WHOMEVER'S HOLE(S) YOU CHOOSE TO PILE DRIVE.

I'm scheduled to get bloodwork on Friday at a HRT clinic because I have all the symptoms of low testosterone.

I'm guessing I could use the bloodwork result from Friday to send in to you?

Also, when the prescriptions from Maximus are filled at pharmacies, are they covered by insurance? Or strictly out of pocket?

I looked at a local HRT clinic or two and although they claim that insurance will cover the meds and doctor visits after checking with my insurance they weren't going to pay for anything.

True, I'm not set on anything. Money is not necessarily an issue as long as its reasonable. I recently got filled an RX for cialis that is not covered by insurance, costing $140 a month. I think for one drug that is rediculous, but I'd definitly be willing to pay even more for HRT, especially if it fixes my ED / low sex drive.

Chip, sent email (no response yet), check your spam if you did not get it, thanks!

Steve,
Chill, Chip will get back to you.It may not be an instant response but I assure you it will be well worth the wait. You see, he is in high demand. As for me, having the top dog of HRT in my pocket means that I too have to wait at times for his/my time. It will happen bro, trust Chip.

Best of luck!
