Single digit bodyfat

Is there an accurate way to gauge if you're at single digit bodyfat by height and weight? I've seen a couple of links on the web that shows someone relatively my size and weight, claiming single digit bodyfat. I think I have about 5 more lbs to go to get there. Thoughts?

Currently, I'm 5'7" 181lbs. I'm down 7.5lbs on cycle and running albuterol @ 24mgs.Running Sust/Deca 750/500 for 16/14 wks.

Number 1 way is to have yourself immersed in a water tank...caliper s are good but have a error of plus or minus 1-2 percent I think.
You look hard dude..

Thanks Teut. Still have some lower abdominal fat and as you can see in the pic I still have some to come off of my obliques. Mentally its hard since I'm losing a little strength, but I like the look of being lean. Here is a pic of me bulked up.

You can also get a weight/bf/BMI scale at walmart or a lot of other places they aren't the most accurate but it will give you around about number

Thanks bro. I love the deca since my joints feel like butter. I can go longer & harder without any pain. I think 500mg is my sweet spot. I'm gonna give the orange crush (tren) a whirl next one :)

You look awesome man...
Deca is the shit for my joint s ..I do .5 cc with my testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) and got 225 for 13 and 255 for 8 with pauses last night with no issues..my nut s look like marble s but who needs nut s on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) ? Not me..
I use the electronic fat meter at my gym..it s inaccurate so I do it 3 time s and take an average.

I may have start doing what you said Teut when I go back to cruising. I've thought about adding Deca to the testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) mix but wasn't sure if it was a good idea. When I don't run deca, my left A/C joint kills me on flat bench and my knees hurt from wear and tear from the Corps.

are these the "before" pics? Im confused.

ha, just fuckin with you. you're not single digit bodyfat though brother man

u look to be between 10 and 12%... getting down to 7/8% you'll have to probably get down to at least 175, maybe 170...

back in 2005 when I was still competing a bit I was 225-230 at about 12% and abs were still visable... got down to 203 and was at 7%... looked great, but couldnt walk for more than 5 min without want to pass out haha

keep leaning out bro, ur looking good... one of the biggest mind hurdles is to let go of the "keeping your strength mindset"... this will help send u down the road to Riptown :)

between 10-12% from the pics in my opinion. i'm pretty familiar with body fat testing regarding sources of error and all that junk but from your pics, id definitely say between 10-12 +/- few tenths
