I've never done it so can't say for sure, but if it work that good I think there'd be lots of Bros posting on their results from spot injections. I have yet to see 1.

Seriously, I have heard winstrol and suspension may work locally, but other than some facia stretching I am not ready to believe it (I have tried neither compound however).

i think most of the fascination with spot injection is the temporary "swelling" one gets from placing the fluid in a smaller muscle.....to painful if ya ask me.

ive done spot injects, and used syntherol. both work but very temporary. spot injects last about 1-2 days, SEO lasted about 10 days

I have friends saying it works. I tried with Winstrol (winny) but the only thing I had was pain. So, back to quads and glutes injections.
