sleep trestment sfter 3 months of deca use

it was my first cycle of deca nadrolone and used it for 3 months cos didn't knew any shit about steroids and didn't knew any shit about pct and now i'm having trouble in falling sleep and i also have rapid eye movement that even seeping pills doesn't helps and even i can't calm down my brain.
is there any drug or natural way of treating this shit cos it drives me crazy.
