Sly looks amazing in this photo!!
I remember an interview and Sly said he had 3% bodyfat in this picture and remember an old muscle & fitness I had when I was young and he was shoulder pressing 225 front press at about 155-160!!
I think that is amazing and like that type of build,little bit more mass but like that look.

Seen the movie last night.sly squatting 5 plates??
I don't think so!
He was using the Russian Kettle bells I think the 50lb ones,they are awkward to use.
Movie was OK,not awsome buy just ok.

thats part of his genectic makeup just how he looks like he always had it through his life...
