SMAC 25 - Help interpreting my blood panel please

While in mexico I got my blood work done.
The first of 2 tests came back already, the rest will come back next week.
My Doctor is unavailable for another week to help me read the results. Any help will be appreciated

if i was to get this test done what blood test would i ask for? i dont want to look like an idiot when i go in. "um can i have a blood test" sorry to answer your question with a question but i have never had these test done or monitored these things during a cycle i know its bad but i plan to change that. also i will be getting the test in canada if that matters!
