thanks for the advice guys, tuesday is leg day this it what our leg workout is like , I`m 6`4" 245 and no problem with legs growing. my partner does the same workout with no growth . ex. of leg work out 1x12-135# /1x10 -185/ working sets 1x10-225/1x8-275/1x6-295/2x4-315 , all suats. 4x10-6 reps of leg presses as heavy as possible, 4x8-10 reps leg extensions. hamstrings on back day. just finished 10 week cycle of trebolona and test. please help this dudes arms are 19` quads are 18`. thanks for the help.
