ALL I WANT IS SOME ADVICE, LIKE CMON. I KNOW SOMEBODY COULD HELP ME OUT ON HOW I SHOULD START. I HAVE NEVER DONE IT AND I DONT WANNA JUST JUMP INTO SPENDING MY MONEY AND NOT KNOW WHAT IM DOING. PLEASE SOMEBODY, REPLY TO THIS AND HELP ME OUT. Hey watsup, im a 22 yr old girl from new york. I am interested in steroids. But honestly, i know nothing about them. I know two different people that got it. But i dont wanna eff my body up. So i would like some advice please, on what i should look for, and how i should take it.. Thanks. I just dont trust the guys selling it. They will say anything to get their money... Im trying to gain wieght build muscle. Im 5'5 140lbs. I wanna be 160lbs with alot of muscle. Not too crazy though. Can u SHOOT ME SOME ADVICE PLEASE, ID APPRECIATE IT

Hi Jassyloc,

What exactly are u asking for? are u asking for advise on "how to use steroids", or which "one" is the best ? Sorry but no one can advise give u such advise... as is not something one can generalise & post in one post.

Post what your diet & training look like, so u can get more feedback.. No steroid will make u gain 20 lbs of LBM, u need to have a strong foundation and have your diet and training dialed in... without this, running a cycle will pretty much be useless.

There are many compounds that are not "safe" as far as sides go for women.
I suggest u do some reading & research, before u even think about running a cycle, as the first sign you are not ready to run a cycle is not having a clue on how cycles work.

I echo the advice of Mrs P. You made several posts saying the same thing in a short space of time, that kind of impatience has me wondering how tolerant of waiting you'll be with regards to your goals.

I hope you don't do anything hasty because that could end up bad if you don't look after yourself through this.

Don't get pissed off... use the internet and research some answers.. OR read the first 4 posts on the women's site here.. Anything by Ms P, or Super or Ms Muscle... these women know their stuff and have put a lot of time an effort into putting it out there for us to read. Maybe try and send a personal mess. to one of them? Good luck to you*
 
Most women that use tend to like Primo or Anavar (var). I believe Ms.P has an extensive thread on her own run with Primo. If your diet is not in check it doesn't matter what you take, you will not be satisfied.

I left you a reply in one of the other million posts you left! You need to train and diet properly first before taking anything. Could you post your current routine and diet?
Those pictures don't show anything except an ok looking sports bra. If you want a physique critique try and get a full body shot or throw up a bicep shot, try to show some muscularity somewhere. Can't say you're ready for drugs if you don't have the foundation started.

these "dballs" (d-bol) will give you balls. please do more research. unless you are a transmale (female to male) you do not want to take any of those ... at all.


everyone here is giving you good advice, that why you came on here ... please try to listen to it.

Cool thanks u guys, I will def take more pics flexin what I kinda have. I don't have an actual set diet. So I don't know my intake really. I excersise about 4 times a week. Doing curls and stuff like that. Push ups pull ups. Nothing crazy. Bike ride everyday. And I dont want to look like a man. I am a masculine woman though, but I don't wanna be doing nothing that makes me look to bulky. Thanks again everybody for your support and input

Hey Jazzyloc,

I agree with the other posters, I would definitely stay away from any of these compounds as they are not "women friendly" and in your case reading that u want help in which foods are good & which are bad, etc... You should really learn about good nutrition, you'll be amazed what the right diet can do for you.

Like Detour said u should post some pics that show your full body if your comfortable with that, so we can get a better idea of where u are. Also post your stats (age, height, weight & bf if known) First thying u need to figure out is how many calories u shoul be eating, then create a diet plan that suits u.

There are many knowledgeable members on here, browse the women forums/diet and even Anabolic Steroid forum, read stickies at the top of each forum there's a world of knowledge in them. :)

Ok you want to gain 20lbs, I'll assume you want that to be muscle?! Your routine will not yield that. You need the 3 main lifts, squats-deadlifts-bench press, also chins and lat pulls. You need to be able to lift heavy in those exercises, biceps curls aren't going to do anything. Also, you're at 5'5" and 140lbs, that's not overweight by any means but it's also not small. I'm 5'9" and normally near that weight and I don't consider myself small. So 160 is a lot of weight for your height. Not to say it wouldn't look nice or suit you but 20lbs on a lady of average height can look like double that! You also need to eat a proper diet. Feeding every 2-4hrs nutrient dense food. Sometimes that might be hard and some days you may feel full to almost sick, but you need to get your stomach used to the frequency of eating. Once you've got that it's easy and you will get hungry on cue every 2-4hrs. But you have so much information you need to give in order for us to really help with proper informed advice.

If you don't know your intake then figure it out. Log down everything you eat for 3days (everything) eg, breakfast 8am 1cup porridge oats made with 330ml skimmed milk and 5strawberries. Snack 10am 1oz raisins. 12pm grilled chicken breast with one medium roast sweet potato and 2cups spinach etc etc you get the idea. Just write everything. Then go to fitday.com log everything and find out your macros and calorie intake. You need to know what you're doing in order to change it, especially if you're asking advice. No one can help you if they don't know the problem, make sense? If you don't get detailed in your approach, you won't get a response.

It's the sign of current times when it seems so many people under the age of 35 "Want it now"...not in 365 days time but right now!

These very knowledgeable members have given you some excellent advice that you have asked for. As far as any member holding your hand and telling you; What foods to eat and when, What compound/dosage you should take, What exercises to do.... isn't going to happen.

Research is your best friend in this business, and it takes allot of reading. You will hear the names of compounds that are "female friendly". There is a multitude of boards out there on the web to educate yourself on. Also.....be careful of the advice you get from your "boy". Compounds for men and women are as different as the wiring in our body's.

Apologies if this comes across hard assed, I speak freely and have a tendency to offend. I have Psychopathic tendencies. By the way.... what are you pointing at in your pictures?

dbol and test is not good for women to use from what I have read.

I just looked at your posts and there are SOOO MANY with the SAME post. not cool

chill out, slow down and learn.
your not gonna use steroid now or any time soon (months), and if you do you wont be using them in a smart way or safely.
you need a base and learn taining and diet years before aas. nvm jumping into all of it at same time is just not smart.
