Example today..
no exact quantities cause i suck


~2cups oats + Banana
5 hard boiled eggs just white + protein shake
1cup greek yogurt with handful of almonds in it
2x Chicken Breast with mixed veggies + pineapple
1cup greek yogut with almonds again
full rib eye steak with rice and green beans
2 cups cottage cheese + protein shake "Casein"

I am 1 week in to a 12 week 500 test-e + dbol 40/40/40/40 cycle

that is a pretty standard day. The above is easy for me to make/get everyday.

Hey bud,

Looks decent but if you want some good advice you need to give a little more info. What are your stats? Age, ht, wt, bf%, etc. Also, you can make an account on fitday.com and calculate your cal's and macros for free - I recommend this highly. Try to be a little more specific with amounts you report - e.g. steak with some rice and green beans could vary greatly - something along the lines of 8 oz steak w/ 1 cup rice and 1/2 cup green beans tells us a lot more.

Yeah it does need help, from what i know about dieting (help from 3j) it needs work.

My old diet was very similar, but not as clean.
Weetbix, Mince Meat Wraps with Greek Yogurt, Steak with Avacado over the whole thing with 2cups of brown rice.. I didn't have a clue how to eat.
