So...

The Batman

... I'm not so serious.
Coming into the end of my second week, in my test c cycle... I have injured myself.

I injured my left pec, during my first chest day in week one.

It was painful the day after from normal hard work muscle soreness, but then the next it was swollen.

It isn't sore anymore, but it is still swollen. *not as bad as it was a few days ago*

I have not worked chest since, and have tried to keep my chest from assisting at all in any exercises best I could. Minimal movement with my left arm besides when lifting.

When I try and go for a double bi pose, left arm is more pulled forward due to the tight tendons or muscle in the upper region of the pec.

So what do? Continue not working chest until it goes away and just keep running the cycle? Or stop cycle, until injury is gone?

The stopping the cycle is not my first option, and not the one I want to follow either. But if I have to, then I have to.

Swollen more towards the bottom of the pec. When I flex it kind of 'balls up' more toward the bottom. Tight and tense/limited ROM with left arm.

Any ideas what I might have done? I know it could just be simple overworking and just pulled a muscle, but also could be worse. (no health insurance atm or I'd be in the doctors already).

Thanks in advance.

Disappointed to see no replies with that many views. It has gotten somewhat better though, so I'm just going to continue. Never mind, thanks anyways.

Go see a doctor would be the best plan but in your case you cannot. Do some research online if the symptoms persist to maybe self diagnose your problem. Continue the cycle but lay off chest for a few days and then lightly go back into chest workouts if it feels fine.
