hi im david im 25 years of age 175lb about 6feet
i want to juice up for the summer i need to gain aleast 10-15 muscle mass
i have 3 month free before i get called up again!
i need something that wont dry up my joints ive read that some do!
 
Food should do the trick. Get some ideas for a good diet in the diet section. Or contact 3j and he will get u on the path to success.. only reason I'm saying this is cuz of your height and weight. Aas isn't a quick fix. U would see better results with a proper diet..
 
my diet consist of 4 good meals a day w/4 peanut butter sandwiches between for snacks what a would the recommendation not trying to be stubborn or anything dont take this the wrong way
