soda question

awesome!!
i know when trying to lose weight you should stay away. but i gotta one a day. i was wondering which is better for ya. a diet mountain dew or a caffeine free diet dew.
 
same shit... actually the caffine isnt that horrible for u since its only 1 a day... if ur drinking a shit load of caffine on toppa that its a diff story
 
The chemicals in diet soda have been proven to cause an increase in appetite. So yea theres no cals but ppl tend to binge more. With 1/day tho dont think it will make that much of a dif...
 
I used to love soda, when I went to water and milk only It was awful, but got really easy really fast
 
I used to pound mt dews 3-4 a day, then I switched to diet and it made a huge difference for me when I was trying to lose a bunch of weight. I drink 1 diet a day now, occasionaly I will have 2 but that is only when working two long shifts at my jobs..
 
only soda i mess with is sprite, heard its the only one out there thats not to bad or better then others like coke or pepsi
 
im tryin to switch from the dt dew to black tea. i still want the caffeine without all the other chemicals.just havnt found a tea with enough caffeine yet. its just a shame that i hate the taste of coffee and caffeine pills dont seem to work too well for me.
 
I cant get enough milk though, I love it more then soda

Opt for liquid egg whites and mix in some protein powder instead of the milk. This way you eliminate the carbs as much as possible and basically have the perfect protein shake.

soda pop is supposed to be a treat.. not a daily beverage... this is part of the reason for FAT america..

I can't say that soda pop is part of the reason for FAT America. Honestly, the real culprit is people just being lazy pieces of shit. Just telling it like it is.

I mean you can drink soda everyday and still be in good shape, but you have to actually eat right and get off your ass and train, which the majority of people do not do.
