pullups 3 x 8

Abs

Push:
2 warmup sets 50%x 8-10 reps, 75% x 5 reps
bench 3 x 5
inc db bench 3 x 8-10
Military press 3 x 8
Dips (weighted) 3 x 5-10
Inc flyes 3 x 10
Inc triceps ext 3 x 10

Legs
2 warmup sets 50%x 8-10 reps, 75% x 5 reps
Front squat 3 x 5
Bulgarian split squat 3 x 10
Leg curls 3 x 10
Calves seated 3 x 10
Calves standing 3 x 10

Do you think this routine can be long-term beneficial provided my diet is in check?
 
That looks pretty good to me bro. I think you would get good results with that if diet and everything else was in place. I like this routine a lot acutally.
 
thank you! im a bit insecure about calf raises on friday. maybe ditch seated calve raises? i forgot that i dont have access to seated calves machine at the time
