At 195 you're probably right but 16% isn't unusual depending on the time of year and your current goals. For instance I'm currently 255 at 16%ish but it's February and I'm currently in bulk/heavy lifting mode, I won't start cutting up for a couple of more months.

LOL, I wouldn't recommend that as a 1st cycle, nor would I personally do EQ by itself though I do know people that do it for legitimate reasons.
There are plenty of "Hey bros what should I do for a 1st cycle??" threads on this site, why does no one go read them before posting a question?
